INSTRUCTED TO INSTALL AN EXPOSED HAND WASHING SINK WITH HOT AND COLD RUNNING WATER, SOAP AND PAPER TOWELS. INSTALL A COMMERCIAL GRADE DISHWASHING MACINE. OR, INSTALL A THREE COMPARTMENT SINK WITH HOT AND COLD RUNNING WATER, DRAINBOARD, ATTACHED GREASE TRAP AND COMPARTMENTS LARGE ENOUGH TO SUBMERGE THE LARGEST PART OF EQUIPMENT TO BE SANITIZED ALONG WITH SANITIZER AND TEST STRIPS OR, MUST REMOVE ALL EQUIPMENT USED FOR THE PREPARATION OF ANY BEVERAGES AND SERVE PRE-PACKAGED BEVERAGES ONLY.
