ADEQUATE HANDWASHING SINKS PROPERLY SUPPLIED AND ACCESSIBLE - Comments: OBSERVED NO HAND WASHING SINK IN THE SERVING ROOM. A HAND WASHING SINK MUST BE LOCATED TO ALLOW CONVENIENT USE BY FOOD EMPLOYEES IN THE SERVING ROOM. INSTRUCTED FACILITY TO INSTALL HAND WASHING SINK WITH HOT AND COLD RUNNING WATER UNDER CITY PRESSURE. PRIORITY FOUNDATION 7-38-030(C). NO CITATION ISSUED. -

Blocked or unsupplied sinks force employees to skip handwashing, spreading fecal bacteria and viruses to food.

Handwashing sinks must be accessible, properly supplied, and used only for handwashing.

Each sink needs: Warm water (100°F minimum); Soap in dispensers; Paper towels or air dryers; Waste receptacles; Signage; Clear access; Used only for handwashing.

INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT - Comments: DOOR #9 WITH A GAP ON THE RIGHT BOTTOM OF THE DOOR. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR, MAKE THE DOOR TIGHT FITTING AND RODENT,INSECTS PROOFED AND MAINTAIN.

PLUMBING INSTALLED; PROPER BACKFLOW DEVICES - Comments: UPGRADED TO PRIORITY FOUNDATION.

Backflow can contaminate entire water supply with sewage or chemicals.

Plumbing must be properly installed with backflow prevention.

Air gaps at fixtures; Backflow preventers on connections; No cross-connections; Annual testing of devices; Proper drainage.

PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN - Comments: ONE OUT OF TWO HAND DRYER IS NOT WORKING,IN THE GIRL'S WASHROOM 1ST FLOOR. MUST REPAIR AND MAINTAIN. DAMAGED WALLS AND PELLING PAINT ON THE WALLS AND CEILING IN THE 2ND FLOOR AND 3RD FLOOR STAFF WASHROOM(MEN AND WOMEN), INSTRUCTED TO SCRAPE OFF PEELING PAINT AND RE PAINT AND REPAIR DAMAGED WALLS AND MAINTAIN.
