PREVIOUS SERIOUS VIOLATION CORRECTED, 7-42-090 - Comments: PREVIOUS SERIOUS VIOLATION FROM REPORT #1948642 ON 8/3/16 NOT CORRECTED: 18 - OBSERVED LIVE HOUSE FLIES ON THE WALLS, EQUIPMENT AND HANGING SIGNAGE IN THE BAKERY PREP AREA, DELI PREP AREA, AND DISPLAY AISLES. APPROXIMATELY 100 LIVE HOUSE FLIES WERE OBSERVED IN THESE AREAS. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED TO MINIMIZE OR ELIMINATE THE PEST ACTIVITY. THE BAKERY SELF-SERVICE DISPLAY CABINETS WITH BREAD, DOUGHNUTS AND MUFFINS WAS CLEANED AND EMPTIED AT THIS TIME. MUST CONTINUE WITH THOROUGH CLEANING AND SANITIZING OF AFFECTED AREAS AND HAVE PEST CONTROL COMPANY DETERMINE THE PEST CONTROL SOURCE AND TREAT THE AREAS. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-42-090.
