MUST CONTINUE WITH THOROUGH CLEANING AND SANITIZING OF AFFECTED AREAS AND HAVE PEST CONTROL COMPANY DETERMINE THE PEST CONTROL SOURCE AND TREAT THE AREAS. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-42-090.
