NO EVIDENCE OF RODENT OR INSECT OUTER OPENINGS PROTECTED/RODENT PROOFED, A WRITTEN LOG SHALL BE MAINTAINED AVAILABLE TO THE INSPECTORS - Comments: Evidence of mice droppings from on premises. Found evidence of mice droppings in meat department office behind storage racks along all walls approximately 15 droppings. Also, front cart overhead door has 1/4 inch gap at bottom and rear south west overhead door has 1/2 inch gap around plate lift. Instructed to rodent proof doors to prevent rodent and insect entry and remove all rodent droppings and detail clean areas. Serious citation issued 7-38-020.
