PLUMBING INSTALLED; PROPER BACKFLOW DEVICES - Comments: OBSERVED SPRAYER ATTACHMENT AT THREE (3) COMPARTMENT SINK TO BE LEAKING REGARDLESS IF WATER IS TURNED ON OR OFF. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO SERVICE LEAKING SPRAYER AND MAINTAIN IN GOOD REPAIR.

INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO DETAIL CLEAN FLOORING IN THE MAIN PREP AREA TO REDUCE BUILD UP.
