OBSERVED MOUSE DROPPINGS ON FOOD CONTAINER LIDS INSIDE OF THE WALK-IN COOLER. CONTAINERS STORED NOODLES, CHICKEN, TOFU, TOMATOES AND SAUCES. SOME OF THE CONTAINER LIDS WERE CRACKED. MUST REMOVE FOOD AND STORAGE RACKS FROM THE WALK-IN COOLER. MANAGEMENT VOLUNTARILY DISCARDED 225# OF FOOD WORTH $223. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-005B.
