PROCEDURES FOR RESPONDING TO VOMITING AND DIARRHEAL EVENTS - Comments: NO VOMIT AND DIARRHEA CLEAN UP KIT ON PREMISES AS REQUIRED; MUST PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE A KIT WITH NECESSARY ITEMS TO CLEAN/USE IN THE EVENT OF A VOMIT AND DIARRHEAL INCIDENT ON PREMISES. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-005.

Vomit and diarrhea contain millions of viral particles. One incident can contaminate entire facility and cause outbreak affecting dozens.

Written procedures required for cleaning bodily fluid events to prevent disease transmission.

Written procedure must address: Isolating contaminated area; Removing and discarding affected food; Using proper PPE; Cleaning and sanitizing with appropriate concentration; Proper disposal of contaminated materials.

INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT - Comments: OBSERVED THE CENTER AREA OF THE FRONT ENTRANCE DOOR NOT COMPLETELY RODENT PROOFED; INSTRUCTED TO RODENT PROOF DOOR COMPLETELY TO AVOID RODENT ENTRY.

No evidence of pests; No live animals except service animals; Effective pest control program.

INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT - Comments: OBSERVED THIRTY MOUSE DROPPINGS ON PREMISES ON THE FLOOR UNDER THE FRONT SERVING COUNTER, IN WASHROOM ON THE FLOOR BY THE TOILET, IN THE STORAGE ROOM ON THE SHELVES AND IN THE OFFICE AREA BY THE DESK. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN ALL AREAS. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-020.

INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE ALL ITEMS AND MAINTAIN AREA TO AVOID RODENT HARBORAGE. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-020(B).
