INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT - Comments: OBSERVED AN INFESTATION OF APPX. 200 OR MORE MICE DROPPINGS SCATTERED THROUGHOUT PREMISES ON SHELVING UNITS AND FLOOR AT FOOD ITEMS, DOG & CAT FOOD, BABY ITEMS, SERVICE COUNTER AND REGISTERS, OPENING IN REAR STORAGE WALL FRAME, AND A DEAD MOUSE ON GLUE BOARD IN THE SAME AREA.ALSO, EVIDENCE OF A LIVE SMALL MOUSE IN BETWEEN BAGS OF DOG FOOD ON THE LOWER SHELF. MUST REMOVE DROPPINGS AND DEAD MOUSE.CLEAN AND SANITIZE AREAS. MUST HAVE A PEST CONTROL OPERATOR TO SERVICE PREMISES ON OR AFTER 6/5/25.(PRIORITY 7-38-020(A)(CITATION ISSUED)
