PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN - Comments: OBSERVED GAPS AND CRACKS IN THE DAMAGED DRY WALL TO THE LEFT BEHIND THE FRONT COUNTER. MUST SEAL/REPAIR ALL GAPS AND CRACKS SO WALL IS SMOOTH AND CLEANABLE.
