THE FACILITY IS USING THE LUNCHROOM TO SERVE HOT FOODS AND WASH DISHES AT A 2-COMPARTMENT SINK. THE FACILITY MUST INSTALL A 3-COMPARTMENT SINK TO PROPERLY WASH, RINSE, AND SANITIZE. PRIORITY VIOLATION 7-38-030(C).
