AT THE TIME OF THE INSPECTION, THE FOOD PREP AREA IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION, AND THE FACILITY DOES NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE FOOD PREP AREA. THE FACILITY IS USING THE LUNCHROOM TO SERVE HOT FOODS AND WASH DISHES AT A 2-COMPARTMENT SINK. THE FACILITY MUST INSTALL A 3-COMPARTMENT SINK TO PROPERLY WASH, RINSE, AND SANITIZE. PRIORITY VIOLATION 7-38-030(C).
