INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR OR INSTALL A NEW SANITARY DRYING DEVICE AND TO MAINTAIN." FACILITY REPAIRED MODULAR BUILDING'S AIR DRYING DEVICE BUT DID NOT CORRECT 2ND FLOOR BOYS AND GIRLS WASHROOMS. FACILITY STATED THAT TEACHERS ARE TO PROVIDE PAPER TOWELS FOR STUDENTS BUT UPON INSPECTION 2 SEPERATE TEACHERS AND CLASSROOMS USED THE WASHROOMS WITH NO PAPER TOWELS ENTERING WASHROOM AND NO USED PAPER TOWELS COULD BE FOUND IN TRASH CANS AFTER THEY WERE DONE. FACILITY CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION BY PLACING PAPER TOWELS IN THE WASHROOMS. CRITICAL CITATION ISSUED 7-42-090.
