NO EVIDENCE OF RODENT OR INSECT OUTER OPENINGS PROTECTED/RODENT PROOFED, A WRITTEN LOG SHALL BE MAINTAINED AVAILABLE TO THE INSPECTORS - Comments: OBSERVED EVIDENCE OF RODENT ACTIVITY INSIDE OF THE DRY STORAGE AREAS. OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 25 MOUSE DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR OF THE WALK-IN COOLER NOW USED AS A DRY STORAGE AREA, APPROXIMATELY 20 MOUSE DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR IN THE DRY STORAGE ROOM, APPROXIMATELY 10 MOUSE DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR IN THE CORNER OF THE SERVICE AREA. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED TO MINIMIZE OR ELIMINATE THE PEST ACTIVITY. MUST CLEAN AND SANITIZE THE AFFECTED AREAS. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020.
