INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO CALL AN EXTERMINATOR FOR SERVICE CLEAN AND SANITIZE ALL AREAS.

FLOORS: CONSTRUCTED PER CODE, CLEANED, GOOD REPAIR, COVING INSTALLED, DUST-LESS CLEANING METHODS USED - Comments: The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. ELEVATE ALL STOCK 6" OFF FLOOR IN ALL STORAGE AREAS. FLOORS NEED CLEANING UNDER ALL EQUIPMENT ALONG WALLS AND IN ALL CORNERS IN ALL JANITOR CLOSETS AND STORAGE AREAS. SEAL ALL OPENINGS IN FLOOR ALONG WALLS IN ROOM 217. SEAL LOOSE FLOOR TILES IN KITCHEN NEAR EXPOSED SINK. GROUT ALL LOOSE FLOOR TILES IN KITCHEN AREA.

SEAL ALL OPENINGS IN WALLS NEAR EXPOSED SINK AND WATER FOUNTAIN AND REMOVE PEELING PAINT IN CEILING IN SERVING AREA (OLD BUILDING). SEAL ALL OPENINGS AROUND PIPE FITTINGS UNDER SINKS, BEHIND TOILETS AND URINALS IN ALL WASHROOMS. SEAL ALL OPENINGS ALONG BASEBOARDS IN TEACHER LOUNGE. REPLACE MISSING AND SEAL LOOSE BASEBOARDS IN ALL MODULAR WASHROOMS. REPLACE ALL MISSING AND STAINED CEILING TILES IN ALL AREAS. CLEAN ALL CEILING VENTS IN KITCHEN, DINING, WASHROOM, AND CLASSROOM AREAS. STORE ALL STOCK AND EQUIPMENT AWAY FROM WALLS FOR EASY CLEANING AND PEST CONTROL TREATMENT.
