FOUND THE STUDENTS TOILET ROOMS NOT MAINTAINED I.E.NO RUNNING HOT WATER AT HANDWASHING SINKS LOCATED IN 1ST,2ND,3RD FLOORS.OBSERVED 2 STUDENTS WASHING HANDS WITH COLD WATER AFTER USING THE TOILET ROOM.MUST PROVIDE,MAINTAIN AT ALL TIMES.ALL OF THE ABOVE WITNESSED BY THE ENGINEER ON DUTY DURING THIS INSPECTION.SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-030.
