OBSERVED 10 MOUSE DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR IN THE SMALL STORAGE ROOM, AND 40 DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR IN THE DRY STORAGE AREA BELOW THE STORAGE SHELVES. ALSO OBSERVED MOUSE DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR, TABLES AND DESKS, HEAT REGISTERS, CLOSETS IN THE FOLLOWING CLASSROOMS: 5 DROPPINGS IN THE CLOSET OF ROOM 204, 20 DROPPINGS IN ROOM 202, 1 DROPPING ON THE FLOOR IN ROOM 205, 20 DROPPINSG ON THE FLOOR AND SHELVES IN ROOM 215, 10 DROPPINGS IN THE CLOSET OF ROOM 211, 40 DROPPINGS IN ROOM 105, 20 DROPPINGS IN ROOM 102, 30 DROPPINGS IN ROOM 115, 20 DROPPINGS IN THE CLOSET OF ROOM 111, 20 DROPPINGS IN ROOM 109. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND REMOVE THE DROPPINGS IN ALL AFFECTED AREAS. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED TO MINIMIZE OR ELIMINATE THE PEST ACTIVITY. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020.
