ALSO, OBSERVED NO HOT WATER AVAILABLE AT THE HANDWASHING SINKS IN THE MEN'S AND WOMEN'S WASHROOMS LOCATED OUTSIDE OF THE MAIN OFFICE. BOTH WASHROOMS ONLY HAVE ONE HANDWASHING SINK. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE HOT WATER TO ALL HANDWASHING SINKS AT ALL TIMES. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-030.
