NO EVIDENCE OF RODENT OR INSECT OUTER OPENINGS PROTECTED/RODENT PROOFED, A WRITTEN LOG SHALL BE MAINTAINED AVAILABLE TO THE INSPECTORS - Comments: OBSERVED 2 LIVE ROACHES BEHIND THE 1ST FLOOR BAR. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL TO MINIMIZE/ELIMINATE THE PEST ACTIVITY. ALSO OBSERVED A 1/4 INCH OPENING AT THE BOTTOM OF THE SIDE DOOR THAT GIVES ACCESS TO THE HOTEL. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE OPENINGS TO PROVIDE RODENT PROOF EXTERIOR DOORS. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020
