THERE IS A PREP TABLE IN THIS AREA WHERE THE PASTOR PORK IS PREPARED. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO INSTALL AN EXPOSED HAND WASHING SINK IN THIS AREA OR REMOVE THE PREP TABLE AND PREPARE ALL FOOD IN THE PREP AREAS THAT HAVE EXPOSED HAND WASHING SINKS..
