INSTRUCTED TO FIX AND SEAL. 38/01- MUST REPLACE MISSING HOT FAUCET HANDLE AT SPRAYER FOR FROZEN DESSERT MACHINE BEHIND FRONT BAR. SUPERVISOR TUCKER AND O'CONNOR NOTIFIED OF CRITICAL VIOLATIONS.
