HAND WASHING FACILITIES: WITH SOAP AND SANITARY HAND DRYING DEVICES, CONVENIENT AND ACCESSIBLE TO FOOD PREP AREA - Comments: NO SOAP AND PAPER TOWELS AT THE EXPOSED HAND SINK BY THE BAR AND THE EXPOSED HAND SINK IN THE REAR PREP AREA WAS OBSTRUCTED BY A CART OF CLEAN DISHES. THE SOAP AND PAPER TOWELS BEHIND THE BAR WERE LOCATED AT THE 3-COMPARTMENT SINK WHERE EMPLOYEES HAVE BEEN WASHING THEIR HANDS. INSTRUCTED STAFF THAT THE 3-COMPARTMENT SINK IS FOR DISHWASHING ONLY AND THAT THE EMPLOYEES MUST WASH THEIR HANDS AT THE HAND SINK. MANAGER MOVED THE SOAP AND PAPER TOWELS FROM THE 3-COMPARTMENT SINK TO THE EXPOSED HAND SINK UPON REQUEST. THE REAR EXPOSED HAND SINK WAS OBSTRUCTED BY A CART OF CLEAN DISHES AT TIME OF INSPECTION AND THE MANAGER REMOVED THE CART UPON MY REQUEST. HAND WASHING SINKS SHALL NOT BE OBSTRUCTED AND MUST REMAIN EASILY ACCESSIBLE AT ALL TIMES. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-030
