ADDITIONAL "EMPLOYEE ONLY" BATHROOM IS LOCATED IN THE BACK OF KITCHEN, BUT IT IS NOT ACCESIBLE TO CUSTOMERS/CANNOT BE MADE ACCESSIBLE AS IT IS BEHIND THE MAIN PREP LINE. INSTRUCTED TO REDUCE THE NUMBER OF AVAILABLE SEATS TO THIRTY (30) OR TO PROVIDE AN ADDITIONAL BATHROOM WITH AVAILABLE TOILET AND ADEQUATE HAND WASHING FACILTIIES ACCESSIBLE TO CUSTOMERS IN THE FACILITY TO COMPLY WITH MINIMUM TOILET AVAILABILITY AS REQUIRED BY LAW FOR ADDITIONAL SEATING.
