ADEQUATE HANDWASHING SINKS PROPERLY SUPPLIED AND ACCESSIBLE - Comments: 6-301.14 - OBSERVED NO HAND WASHING SIGN AVAILABLE AT THE FRONT PREP AREA HAND SINK AS WELL AS THE REAR PREP AREA HAND SINK NEAR THE DISH WASHING AREA. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO PROVIDE SIGNS AT EACH HAND SINK INSTRUCTING EMPLOYEES TO WASH HANDS PRIOR TO RETURNING TO WORK.
