FLOORS: CONSTRUCTED PER CODE, CLEANED, GOOD REPAIR, COVING INSTALLED, DUST-LESS CLEANING METHODS USED - Comments: Observed the floors throughout the facility to have dirt and debris on them. Instructed facility to clean and maintain especially along wall bases and under and around heavy equipment.

WALLS, CEILINGS, ATTACHED EQUIPMENT CONSTRUCTED PER CODE: GOOD REPAIR, SURFACES CLEAN AND DUST-LESS CLEANING METHODS - Comments: Observed dirt and debris on the walls around the three compartment sink and next to the warmer. Instructed facility to clean and maintain.
