FOOD PROTECTED DURING STORAGE, PREPARATION, DISPLAY, SERVICE AND TRANSPORTATION - Comments: FOOD(ICE) NOT PROTECTED FROM CONTAMINATION DURING STORAGE INSIDE OF THE ICE MACHINE. OBSERVED A GREEN SLIMY DISCOLORATION ACROSS THE STAINLESS STEEL INTERIOR CONTACT SURFACES OF THE ICE MACHINE. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO DISCARD THE REMAINING ICE LEFT IN THE MACHINE, REMOVE ANY DISCOLORATION FROM THE INTERIOR CONTACT SURFACES, AND ALSO REPLACE ANY SOILED WATER HOSES INSIDE OF THE MACHINE. DURING INSPECTION, THE MANAGER REMOVED THE ICE AND DETAIL CLEANED AND SANITIZED THE MACHINE- CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-005A.
