AT THE TIME OF THE INSPECTION THE FACILITY WAS SERVING TCS FOODS TO THE PUBLIC, AND THE TEMPERATURES FOR THE HOT WATER RANGED FROM 44F-53F AT THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK, AT ALL HANDWASHING SINKS AND IN BOTH TOILET ROOMS. INSTRUCTED FACILITY THAT THE HOT WATER MUST BE MAINTAINED AT 110F AT THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK AND 100F AT THE ALL HANDWASHING SINKS AT ALL TIMES THE FACILITY IS OPEN AND OPERATING AND SERVING THE PUBLIC. PRIORITY VIOLATION. CITATION ISSUED 7-38-030(C).
