NO EVIDENCE OF RODENT OR INSECT OUTER OPENINGS PROTECTED/RODENT PROOFED, A WRITTEN LOG SHALL BE MAINTAINED AVAILABLE TO THE INSPECTORS - Comments: OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 15 LIVE FRUIT FLIES INSIDE OF THE MOP SINK ROOM, 10 ON THE WALL NEXT TO THE DONUT DISPLAY CASES AND 3 ON THE WALL AT THE EXPOSED HAND SINK.
