ADEQUATE HANDWASHING SINKS PROPERLY SUPPLIED AND ACCESSIBLE - Comments: SOME FAUCETS AT HANDSINKS IN STUDENT WASHROOMS NOT STAYING ON THE REQUIRED MINIMUM TIME; INSTRUCTED TO CORRECT WHERE NEEDED.

Blocked or unsupplied sinks force employees to skip handwashing, spreading fecal bacteria and viruses to food.

Handwashing sinks must be accessible, properly supplied, and used only for handwashing.

Each sink needs: Warm water (100°F minimum); Soap in dispensers; Paper towels or air dryers; Waste receptacles; Signage; Clear access; Used only for handwashing.

INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT - Comments: FOUND RODENT ACTIVITY ON PREMISES. 80 MOUSE DROPPINGS WERE FOUND ON THE FLOOR IN THE DRY STORAGE AREA OF THE KITCHEN, BEHIND THE UNUSED STOVE IN THE KITCHEN, IN THE PAPER GOODS STORAGE ROOM ON THE FLOOR AND UNDER STEAMTABLE. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN ALL AREAS AND HAVE PEST CONTROL COMPANY SERVICE PRIOR TO REINSPECTION NEXT WEEK. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-020(A).
