ALSO, NOTED AN APPROXIMATELY 1/4 INCH OPENING ALONG THE SIDE OF THE REAR EXIT DOOR DIRECTLY OUTSIDE OF THE PREP KITCHEN. MUST REPAIR DOOR AND MAKE COMPLETELY INSECT AND RODENT PROOF.
