HANDS CLEAN & PROPERLY WASHED - Comments: OBSERVED FOOD HANDLER TOUCH RAW BACON AND PROCEEDED TO TOUCH READY-TO-EAT SANDWICH. ALSO NOTED IS THE FOOD HANDLER WASHED HIS HANDS WITH SOAP AND WATER WHILE VINYL GLOVES WERE STILL ON. INSTRUCTED MANAGER FIRST TO REMOVE GLOVES AND WASH HANDS WITH SOAP AND WATER FOR AT LEAST 20 SECS. ALSO INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO WASH HANDS AND CHANGE GLOVES AFTER HANDLING RAW FOOD ITEMS AND BEFORE HANDLING RTE FOOD ITEMS. PRIORITY VIOLATION.7-38-010. CITATION ISSUED.
