THE ROACH ACTIVITY WAS OBSERVED ON THE FLOOR WITH SEVERE GREASE BUILD UP IN THE REAR FOOD PREP AREA UNDER THE COOKING EQUIPMENT. ALSO, OBSERVED LIVE ROACH ACTIVITY ON THE LOWER WALLS BEHIND THE COOKING EQUIPMENT. INSTRUCTED TO ELMINATE PEST ACTIVITY AND SUGGESTED TO DEEP CLEAN MENTIONED FLOORS AND WALLS IN THE MENTIONED AREAS TO HELP ELIMINATE ROACH ACTIVITY AND ELIMINATE PEST HARBORAGE POINTS. RECOMMENDED CONTACTING PEST CONTROL AFTER THE MENTIONED SURFACES HAVE BEEN DEEP CLEANED. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-020(A), CITATION ISSUED.
