A READING OF 0 PPM WAS OBTAINED WITH THE CHEMICAL CHLORINE TEST STRIPS. INSTRUCTED TO MANUALLY SANITIZE DISHES AND UTENSILS AT THE TWO COMP SINK AFTER WASHING AND RINSING AT THE DISHMACHINE. THE TWO COMP SINK WAS SET UP WITH BLEACH AND TESTED AT 100 PPM AT THIS TIME. INSTRUCTED THAT SANITIZER MUST BE PURCHASED FOR THE MACHINE AND MACHINE MUST BE SANITIZING PROPERLY BY THE REINSPECTION DATE ABOVE. CRITICAL VIOLATION ISSUED 7-38-030.
