MUST PROVIDE ALL NECESSARY ITEMS OUTLINED IN POLICY INCLUDING DISPOSABLE GLOVES, FACE MASK, DISPOSABLE MOP AND APPROPRIATE SANITIZER TO KILL THE NOROVIRUS. PRIORITY FOUNDATION.

ALSO 162 MICE DROPPINGS ALONG WALL LEDGES IN REAR. 22 ON STEPS IN REAR LEADING TO 2ND FLOOR. 102 MICE DROPPINGS ON FLOOR NEAR CLUTTER BY SMALL COOLER IN BREAK ROOM AREA,92 MICE DROPPINGS ON FLOOR IN REAR STORAGE UNDER SHELVING UNITS AND SHELVING SUPPLIES AND REAR BACK DOOR ENTRANCE WAY. OBSERVED 68 MICE DROPPINGS ALONG CASHIER CHECKOUT COUNTERS AND HEARD LIVE MOUSE THAT WAS ON TRAP AROUND CASHIER COUNTERS. MANAGER REMOVED DURING INSPECTION. EVIDENCE ALSO OF 18 MICE DROPPINGS IN MANAGERS OFFICE AND 21 MICE DROPPINGS ON 2ND FL STORAGE AREA. INSTRUCTED TO CONTACT PEST CONTROL. MUST CLEAN AND REMOVE ALL MICE DROPPINGS ON SITE. PRIORITY VIOLATION ISSUED 7-38-020(A).
