FOUND TRASH AND CARDBOARD BOXES ON THE GROUND AROUND, BEHIND AND IN FRONT OF THE DUMPSTERS IN THE ENCLOSED REAR DISPOSAL AREA. DUMPSTERS OVERFLOWING AS WELL. ALSO FOUND TRASH ON THE GROUND OUTSIDE OF THE ENCLOSED AREA ON THE SIDE. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE ALL TRASH AND BOXES FROM THE GROUND AND PLACE IN THE DUMPSTERS AND TO PROPERLY CLOSE DUMPSTERS SO THAT THEY ARE NOT OVERFLOWING. MUST CLEAN AND MAINTAIN DISPOSAL AREA. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020.
