ONE LIVE RAT WAS CAUGHT IN A TRAP IN THE BASEMENT DURING THE INSPECTION. FACILITY HAS COPESAN AS A PEST CONTROL PROVIDER. THE LAST SERVICE CALL WAS ON 8/17/18; EXTERIOR RODENT BURROWS WERE NOTED.
