INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT - Comments: OBSERVED PEST ACTIVITY WITH APPROX. 100 MICE DROPPINGS NOTED DURING RE-INSPECTION. PEST ACTIVITY WAS NOTED IN THE REAR STOCK ROOM ON THE U-BOATS, ON SHELVES THROUGHOUT THE SALES FLOOR, FRONT AISLE, AND IN THE LAUNDRY BASKET ON THE CORNER. ASLO OBSERVED A URINE SMELL IN THE REAR SALES AISLE. INSTRUCTED TO CONSULT PEST CONTROL AS ADDITIONAL SERVICES ARE NEEDED TO ELIMINATE ACTIVITY PRIOR TO RE-INSPECTION.
