MACHINE WAS TAGGED HELD FOR INSPECTION BY CDPH. INSPECTION HAD TO BE COMPLETED ON 8-27-14. UPON ARRIVAL ON 8-27-14 OBSERVED THAT FACILITY HAD CLEANED MACHINE WHICH WAS NOW FREE OF THE BLACK MOLD-LIKE SUBSTANCE. TAG REMOVED AND FACILITY CAN RESUME USE. SERIOUS CITATION ISSUED 7-38-005(A).
