HAND WASHING FACILITIES: WITH SOAP AND SANITARY HAND DRYING DEVICES, CONVENIENT AND ACCESSIBLE TO FOOD PREP AREA - Comments: NOTED NO SOAP IN THE WOMENS BATHROOM BY THE KITCHEN, IN THE GIRLS BATHROOM AT THE SAME AREA AND IN THE BOYS BATHROOM ON THE SECOND FLOOR. MANAGER IMMEDIATELY HAD EMPLOYEES PUT SOAP INSIDE THE SOAP CONTAINERS. INSTRUCTED TO HAVE SOAP AND PAPER TOWELS AT ALL BATHROOMS. CRITICAL VIOLATION #7-38-030
