TOILET ROOMS ENCLOSED CLEAN, PROVIDED WITH HAND CLEANSER, SANITARY HAND DRYING DEVICES AND PROPER WASTE RECEPTACLES - Comments: NO PAPER TOWEL HOLDER, PAPER TOWEL OR HAND DRYER DEVICE IN THE BOYS WASHROOM ROOM 215.(THE REST OF THE WASHROOMS HAS PAPER TOWEL HOLDER, PAPER TOWEL AND HAND DRYER DEVICE).INSTRUCTED MANGER THAT ALL TOILET WASHBOWL IN THE WASHROOM MUST BE PROVIDED WITH HAND DRYER DEVICE OR PAPER TOWEL HOLDER WITH PAPER TOWEL. ENGINEER ASKED ONE OF HIS EMPLOYEE TO PUT PAPER TOWEL WHILE I WAS DOING THE INSPECTION. CITATION ISSUED SERIOUS.

PREVIOUS MINOR VIOLATION(S) CORRECTED 7-42-090 - Comments: Previous minor violations not corrected from report #88542 dated 9/27/10.#35-Damaged ,stained ceiling tiles in new building 1st and 2nd classrooms,hallways,shall be replaced, Peeling paint on walls in classrooms shall be repair(old Bldg) peeling paint in room 234 (old bldg)shall be repair. citation issued serious.
