NO EVIDENCE OF RODENT OR INSECT OUTER OPENINGS PROTECTED/RODENT PROOFED, A WRITTEN LOG SHALL BE MAINTAINED AVAILABLE TO THE INSPECTORS - Comments: OBSERVED RODENT ACTIVITY ON PREMISES IN THE BASEMENT STORAGE AREA: FOUND APPROXIMATELY 70 DROPPINGS IN THE FURNACE ROOM ALONG THE WALL/CORNERS, APPROXIMATELY 60 DROPPINGS UNDER THE STORAGE RACKS AGAINST THE WALL IN THE BASEMENT STORAGE AREA, AND APPROXIMATELY 15 DROPPINGS NEAR THE EXIT DOOR IN THE BASEMENT STORAGE AREA. ALL AREAS WHERE DROPPINGS WERE OBSERVED, DROPPINGS MUST BE REMOVED, AND FLOORS MUST BE DETAIL CLEANED AND SANITIZED. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED TO MINIMIZE OR ELIMINATE ACTIVITY.
