HANDSINK LOCATED IN SERVICE LINE IN CAFETERIA (56F), 1ST FLOOR BOYS/GIRLS/FACULTY TOILET ROOMS ACROSS FROM LUNCHROOM 52F-68F, BOTH HANDSINKS LOCATED INSIDE PRE-K ROOM 103 (54.8F-59F), BOYS/GIRLS/FACULTY TOILET ROOMS 2ND FLOOR BETWEEN 61F-70F. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN HOT WATER AT LEAST 100F AND MAINTAIN AT ALL TIMES. PRIORITY VIOLATION. 7-38-030 (C). NO CITATION ISSUED.
