ADEQUATE NUMBER, CONVENIENT, ACCESSIBLE, PROPERLY DESIGNED AND INSTALLED - Comments: OBSERVED ALL STUDENT WASHROOMS WITH NO PAPER TOWELS. SOME WASHROOMS HAD A MISSING/BROKEN DISPENSER AS WELL. IN MOST STUDENT WASHROOMS OBSERVED NO SOAP OR BROKEN SOAP DISPENSERS. MUST PROVIDE SOAP AND PAPER TOWELS IN ALL WASHROOMS AT ALL TIMES SO THAT STUDENTS CAN PROPERLY WASH THEIR HANDS. ALSO, MUST PROVIDE HOT WATER ABOVE 85F AT ALL HANDWASHING SINKS. MUST CLEAN ALL WASHROOMS OF EXCESSIVE PAPER LITTER ON THE FLOOR AND IN THE SINKS. MUST ELIMINATE STANDING WATER ON THE FLOOR. MUST CLEAN THE CLOGGED SINK DRAINS OF PAPER LITTER. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-030.
