INSTRUCTED TO USE ONLY FOOD GRADE BAGS FOR FOOD STORAGE AND MAINTAIN. OBSERVED ACCUMULATED ICE BUILD UP ON THE FREEZER LOCATED IN THE FRONT PREP AREA. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE ICE BUILD UP AND MAINTAIN.
