INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE DROPPINGS AND SANTIZE. RECOMMENDED PEST CONTROL SERVICE ON OR MARCH 31 2022. ( PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-030 (A)).

FOOD & NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEANABLE, PROPERLY DESIGNED, CONSTRUCTED & USED - Comments: OBSERVED MILK CRATES BEING USED FOR FOOD STORAGE IN WALK IN COOLER. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE CRATES AND USE ADEQUATE SHELVING

All surfaces must be designed to be easily cleanable.

Smooth, non-porous surfaces; Free of cracks and crevices; Easily disassembled; Accessible for cleaning.

PLUMBING INSTALLED; PROPER BACKFLOW DEVICES - Comments: OBSERVED METERED FAUCETS IN ROOM 128 TOILET ROOM AND IN UPSTAIRS GIRL'S AND BOY'S TOILET ROOMS NOT DISPENSING WATER LONG ENOUGH FOR ADEQUATE HANDWASHING. INSTRUCTED TO ADJUST FAUCET TO ALLOW FOR ADEQUATE HAND WASHING.
