Observed cashier charge customer and handle money for purchase and then serve next customer, handling two loaves of bread, putting bread in slicer and using hands to bagging bread without washing hands. Also, observed male employee in rear while standing at counter waiting for manager, wash his hands at three compartment sink. Instructed manager on following good hygienic practices and employees washing washing hands after task, before handling foods and washing hands at exposed handsink. Critical citation issued 7-38-010(A).
