OBSERVED MISSING CAP ON LEFT HOT WATER FAUCET IN ANNEX SECOND FLOOR BOYS WASHROOM AND RIGHT SINK IN ANNEX SECOND FLOOR GIRLS WASHROOM. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO REPAIR AND MAINTAIN.
