MANAGER STATED THEY ARE IN THE PROCESS OF REPLACING THE TOILET ENTIRELY DUE TO A NUMBER OF ISSUES. ONE TOILET IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE IN THE BATHROOM. INSTRUCTED TO SERVICE TOILET AND MAINTAIN IN GOOD REPAIR ACCORDING TO LOCAL CODES/LAWS. TOILET TAGGED AND HELD FOR INSPECTION.
