FOOD IN GOOD CONDITION, SAFE, & UNADULTERATED - Comments: OBSERVED ADULTERATED, MOLDY, RANCID AND EXPIRED FOODS ON DISPLAY IN REACH-IN COOLERS FOR SALE TO THE PUBLIC. APPROXIMATELY 20 LBS OF ASSORTED FOODS SUCH AS RAW EGGS WITH AN EXPIRATION DATE OF 5/18, DELI SANDWICHES EXPIRED 5/9, PRE-PACKAGED HUMMUS EXPIRED 5/15, FRESH FRUIT CUPS 5/20, PRE-PACKAGED MEAT SNACKS 5/11 ALL WITH EXPIRED USE BY DATES. SOME AS LONG AS TWO WEEKS EXPIRED WITH MOLD NOTED ON DELI MEAT AND MEAT THAT HAD DISCOLORED. ALL FOODS DISCARDED. PRIORITY VIOLATION 7-38-005 CITATION ISSUED.
