ALSO FOUND TWO LIVE ROACHES IN THE STORAGE CABINETS UNDER THE STAGE IN THE GYMNASIUM. MUST REMOVE INSECTS AND DROPPINGS,SANITIZE AFFECTED AREAS AND HAVE THE PEST CONTROL COMPANY SERVICE AREAS. ALSO NOTED APPROXIMATELY 1 INCH GAP ALONG BOTTOM OF EXIT 4 DOOR IN ANNEX BUILDING AND FOUND 1/4 INCH GAPS ALONG BOTTOMS OF EXIT 5,6,7 AND 8 DOORS IN THE MAIN BUILDING. ALSO FOUND CRACKED CONCRETE THRESHOLDS ALONG BOTTOM OF EXIT 8 DOORS IN THE MAIN BUILDING. MUST REPAIR THRESHOLDS AND REPLACE DOOR SWEEPS AND MAKE ALL DOORS INSECT AND RODENT PROOF. SERIOUS CITATION ISSUED 7-38-020.
