THE FRONT OF THE STORE HAS 6 OPEN BAKERY RACKS FULL OF UNPROTECTED BAKERY GOODS THAT CUSTOMERS SERVE THEMSELVES. THE BOTTLES OF MILK HAVE BEEN WIPED DOWN WITH A SANITIZING RINSE AND MOVED. THE COOLER IS TAGGED HELD FOR INSPECTION UNTIL REPAIRED AND REINSPECTED BY THE CHICAGO DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH. THE BAKERY GOODS MUST BE MOVED BEHIND THE COUNTER AND A SWINGING DOOR SEPARATING THE CUSTOMERS FROM THE BAKERY SIDE OR DISPLAYED BEHIND SNEEZE GUARDS OR OTHER PROTECTION.
