THE COOLER IS TAGGED HELD FOR INSPECTION UNTIL REPAIRED AND REINSPECTED BY THE CHICAGO DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH. THE BAKERY GOODS MUST BE MOVED BEHIND THE COUNTER AND A SWINGING DOOR SEPARATING THE CUSTOMERS FROM THE BAKERY SIDE OR DISPLAYED BEHIND SNEEZE GUARDS OR OTHER PROTECTION.
