INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT - Comments: OBSERVED THE REAR EXIT DOOR IN THE PRE SCHOOL CLASS WITH THE WEATHER STRIP NEEDING REPAIR (CAN SEE OUTSIDE LIGHT COMING THROUGH CLEARLY) ALSO THE REAR EXIT DOOR IN THE LOBBY AREA WHERE THERE USE TO BE A KNOB NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR BOTH AS A MEANS OF PREVENTING PREVENTING POSSIBLE INSECT ENTRANCE AND HARBORING.

No pests or animals allowed in facility.

No evidence of pests; No live animals except service animals; Effective pest control program.

PLUMBING INSTALLED; PROPER BACKFLOW DEVICES - Comments: OBSERVED THE INFANT ROOM STAFF TOILET ROOM WITH A LEAK AT THE BASE OF THE FAUCET WHEN TURNED ON. INTRUCTED TO REPAIR AND MAINTAIN. ALSO OBSERVED THE HOT WATER HANDLE IN THE PRE SCHOOL CLASS TOILET ROOM BROKEN. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR AND MAINTAIN IN GOOD WORKING ORDER.
